Ben has just completed his freshman year at North Carolina State University, where he is studing Industrial Engineering. He has been swimming with Kildaire Farms for over 10 years. After a stint on a year-round swim team, he returned to the club where it all began. Ben also served as captain of his high school’s varsity swim team. His favorite strokes are breaststroke and freestyle. Outside the pool, Ben enjoys skateboarding and playing basketball—you’ll often spot him cruising to practice on his board

Hi my name is Lia and I am a rising senior at Cary High School. I started swimming at Kildaire Farms competitively at four years old and have been swimming there every summer since. When I was seven years old I started swimming year round. I am also apart of the Varsity team at school. When I’m not swimming you’ll find me working at Sassool or at the gym. I really enjoyed doing PEPI this semester and I look forward to working with and getting to know the swimmers! 

Elsie is a rising junior at Cary high school where she is a varsity cheerleader. She has been swimming with the KF killer whales since she was four years old. Breaststroke is her favorite stroke. When she’s not at the pool coaching or lifeguarding, she’s hanging out with friends, at the gym, or babysitting.

Hi my name is Sadie and I am a rising junior at Cary High where I am part of the Varsity Swim team and color guard. I started swimming at Kildare when I was 7 years old. Freestyle is my favorite stroke. When I am not swimming I enjoy reading, watching shows, and hanging out with friends. I look forward to hanging out with y’all this summer and being one of your coaches!
