Hi folks!

This email includes important information regarding Cary City THIS Saturday. IF you registered your swimmer, please read carefully.

All cars must approach Scottish Hills from Cary Parkway, NOT Lake Pine. Tarbert (near the pool) will be one way only. You will be able to drop swimmers off then proceed to park. Neighborhood street parking will be available. 

Cary City t-shirts will be available for purchase for $22.

Concessions will be available for purchase:

Scottish Hills: subs, candy, drinks; Buoy Bowls; Double Trouble Coffee; Sunset Slush; Salvio's Pizza

Our team is required to fill 2 volunteer positions. PLEASE sign up on Swimtopia. 

AM session 7:30-12:30: stroke and turn judge

PM session 1:30-7:30: floater

Important times for the day...

Morning session (10 & unders):

7:15am- warm-ups

7:30- volunteer meetings

8:00- National Anthem, announcements

8:15- morning session starts

12:30- morning session ends

Afternoon session (11 and ups)

1:30- volunteer meetings

1:45- warm-ups

2:00- clear pool, announcements

2:15 afternoon session starts

7:30 (approx) afternoon session ends

7:40- Cary City Meet awards

Parents of swimmers (10 and unders especially) Saturday, please plan to hunker down in our team tent. We will need folks following along with the meet to ensure kids are getting up to clerk of course.

All team tents are going to be set up in the field next to and behind the Scottish Hills pool. Ours will be towards the back right- look for the "Go Bananas" decor and the coaches banana shirts! Bring chairs for yourself and plenty of towels, activites, snacks and drinks for your kids.
