Just like that… the summer swim season is coming to a close! 😢 But don’t worry — we’re going out with a splash!

📅 This Tuesday, July 15th, is our FINAL swim meet of the summer, and we’re hosting The Christian Community right here at Kildaire Farms!
Important note: Yes, the website says it’s an away meet… it’s not. We promise — you’ll be at Kildaire Farms Tuesday night and if you go somewhere else the rest of us won't be there......  And NO you cannot drop your swimmers off at the gate and then go somewhere else and act like you are confused.....

🏊 MEET DETAILS

📍 Location: Kildaire Farms Pool
📆 Date: Tuesday, July 15
🕓 Arrival Time: Please arrive by 4:45 PM

• Killer Whales Warmups: 4:50 PM
• The Christian Community Warmups: 5:20 PM

📋 Check-In:

• Swimmers: Check in at the front gate and find your Kid Pusher immediately.
• Volunteers: Head straight to the Volunteer Table near the snack bar.

🚗 Parking:

• Please leave the pool parking lot for our guests from The Christian Community.
• Park in the Clubhouse lot or near the tennis courts on Two Creeks Road.
• DO NOT park in the cul-de-sac — the neighbors are still recovering from last time. 😅

🏖️ Where to Sit:

• Killer Whales Families: Sit on the right side of the pool (shallow end). Bring your folding chairs!
• DO NOT sit on the left side, behind the basketball area, or take the tables near the baby slide — those are reserved for our guests. Let’s be stellar hosts!

There are 16 open volunteer slots, and some of you (you know who you are!) haven’t helped yet this season — now’s your chance to be a hero!
🚫 Just a friendly reminder — do NOT sign up for Order of Finish Judge. We don’t use one and do NOT sign up for the Starter unless your name is Paul Quinlan and do NOT sign up for Stroke n Turn unless you have provided me with a TSA certificate.

✅ Volunteer Meetings @ 5:45 PM:

• Starter/Timer/Stroke & Turn: Meet with Mr. Jeremy & Ms. Jenny
• Kid Pusher & Clerk of Course: Meet Ms. Lyra & Ms. Tracy (by the snack bar)

✅ Heat Sheets will be posted Tuesday afternoon.
✅ Time Drops Live App: Follow your swimmer’s times — code will be announced.
✅ Senior Celebratory Swim: Tentatively scheduled after Breaststroke for all graduating seniors from both teams! 🎓🐳 Congratulate and Cheer on  Julia, Ben and Max and lets send them off to their next adventure with a Killer Whales Splash

🚫 Reminders:

• Kiddie Pool and Shallow End: CLOSED during the meet
• No balls, toys, or side games — save the play for the pool party!
