Mark your calendars – the 50th Anniversary Cary City Meet is almost here! 🥳 We’re so excited to join all the teams at Cary City Club on Friday, July 12th for an unforgettable day of swimming, cheering, and community spirit.

This year is extra special because... Kildaire Farms Swim Team  is turning 50! 🎉 That’s right – 50 years of fast swimming, fun memories, and team pride. It’s the perfect year to show off our team spirit in a BIG way – and that’s where YOU come in.

We’ve got a giant tent going up on July 11th, and it’s ours to decorate and make amazing. Now the big question:
🎨 What’s our theme?!
Should we go all out with a “Golden 50th Anniversary” celebration? Or maybe something wild, colorful, or unexpected? Let’s get the ideas flowing! Reply to this email or drop suggestions at the pool  – we’ll pick a theme soon and get to work!

Here’s where we need YOUR help:

We’re looking for awesome parents to take the lead on these key areas:

1. 🎪 Decorations & Signage – Plan the look, organize supplies, and help with set-up on July 11th or 12th..
2. 🍎 Snacks & Drinks – Coordinate team snacks, drinks, and hydration stations.
3. 🎁 Hospitality Bags – Create a cool Kildaire Farms gift for swimmers from the other teams.
4. 🙋 Volunteer Assignments – Coming soon! I’ll reach out this weekend with specific roles we’ll need to fill on meet day.
5. ⏱️ Event Entries – A reminder: Jeremy is merging events TONIGHT. If your swimmer has special event requests, please let him know ASAP. Note: The club pays for each event your child is entered in – there are no refunds for no-shows, so please double check those entries!

This meet is going to be an awesome celebration – let’s make sure Kildaire Farms shows up strong, festive, and full of team spirit!
