Good Morning Everyone,

To all of you who traveled to Brighton Forest for the Thunder Show last night .... Thank You.    It was a lovely performance for the 2nd night.   To those of you who were kid-less and came to volunteer and support the team you get a double giant Thank YOU.

For our swimmers who came ready to swim and win new personal best times - I am sorry.

Our original plan last night was to swim a virtual meet on Monday but  after discussion with the Brighton Forest team we are going to call the meet a tie and move forward.   For those of you keeping track, Brighton Forest is not in our division so this will not have an impact on our division standings.   Our meet this week with Weldon and our Charleston Village meet will determine how we fare for our division.   

Thank YOU to the parents who volunteered to come help on Monday night :)  you all are the BEST.

This Monday  - we will have a visiting coach from the RSA year round team and on Thursday we will have a visiting coach from the MOR year round team. This is a great chance for the swimmers to pick up some swimming tips and to potentially experience a different coaching style.  Coach Isabella will be working with the visiting coaches to formulate a plan specific for each practice group.    If you have questions about year round swim this is also a great opportunity to discuss what that looks like 1:1 with one of the coaches.    

This Tuesday -  will be be swimming against Weldon Ridge at Home.   Yay!!   This is a division competition and we need all of our swimmers on deck and ready to win some points.   Sadly..... we still have 32 undeclared swimmers.       It's very hard to put together meets with 32 unknown swimmers.

If you told me your vacation plans and think I remembered -  sadly.... the odds are very low so please go in and declare those swimmers today

Several Volunteer slots are still open if you haven't volunteered yet this season please step up and do so for these last two meets. 

Next Saturday the 15th is the super fun  CARY CITY MEET    If you and your swimmers would like to help with the decorating and planning  - we need you -  it's an out of this world SPACE THEME.   The tent will need to be decorated, snacks will need to be organized and hospitality treats will need to be made.
