Please read for tonight:

KILLER WHALES ARE TOUGH AND WE DON'T LET A LITTLE RAIN DAMPEN OUR SPIRIT

1. we will be on a VERY tight time line tonight.  Swimmers -  PLEASE check in with the Junior Coaches the minute you get to the pool.   

2.  Volunteers -  please check in with Heather Hall as soon as you get to the pool.

3.  No numbers are needed on the swimmers tonight

4.  We should start warm ups at 5:20.

5. Holly Glen does NOT have lights so we will be under a crunch.

5.  Bring some extra towels for your swimmer.

6.  Be ready to PIVOT with the events -  Keep your swimmers with their kid pushers.  We will not have time to track them down at the snack bar - messing around with their friends  etc.    They have to be ready to swim when they are called.

7.  KID Pushers - be ready to roll on Medley Relay -  We  need to get all of our swimmers in .

8.  Swimmers - please pay attention - we don't have extra points to lose tonight because you missed your event.

9. IF WE HAVE A RAIN DELAY - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT UNTIL YOU GET AN EMAIL FROM JEREMY OR ME.   WE WILL ATTEMPT TO RESTART THE MEET WITH A MODIFIED SCHEDULE.  IF WE DON'T HAVE OUR SWIMMERS WE WILL LOSE..
